United Churches of Lycoming County
The United Churches of Lycoming County (UCLC) is the leading organization in north central Pennsylvania in the movement for Christian unity. Begun in 1946, it now has 183 member churches in Lycoming County representing Protestant, Anglican, Roman Catholic and Orthodox faith traditions.
Through UCLC, congregations like First Baptist Williamsport partner with other churches to:
--Promote greater cooperation, understanding and appreciation between the churches of Lycoming County, --To foster Christian efforts of community betterment, --To advance the Kingdom of God here and throughout the world through evangelism, study, fellowship and action.

American Baptist Churches of PA and DE

History: In 1703 the American Baptist Churches of Pennsylvania became a part of America's oldest American Baptist organization, the Philadelphia Baptist Association. In 1972 the American Baptist Churches of Pennsylvania and Delaware (ABCOPAD) was formed as the successor of the Pennsylvania Baptist Convention. Philadelphia and Pittsburgh Associations were separate Regions. As of October 15, 2005, the Pittsburgh Baptist Association and ABCOPAD have merged in ministry together.
